Woo hoo! Thank you, Bill! We had a great time hanging out at the house last night. The kids have already started clearing the trail to their friends' house at the top of the hill. :)

Thank you for all of the goodies you left for us! You are so sweet! And thanks for everything you did to ensure we were able to get this house. Buying a foreclosed house definitely isn't for the faint of heart! We really appreciate all of the time you spent educating us on the process, keeping us updated on progress, and patiently responding to our myriad questions and what-if scenarios. You really went out of your way to get as much information as possible to help put our offer in the best light, and we are thrilled to now own our dream home. We look forward to creating lots of family memories and filling the house with love!

During the course of the home buying process, Bill was always there with ideas and new homes to look at. No matter how many homes I wanted to look at he was always happy to show them to me. Even after closing, Bill was there for me with questions. He truly cares about his clients. Highly recommended.

Bill Blanchard is a pleasure to work with and a great guy to have on your side. He's a cheerful, creative thinker who's totally plugged into the market. His information is reliable, he knows the process inside-out, and he's quick to come up with solutions. After knowing him for several years, we have a saying in our house. "Where there's a Bill, there's a way."

As we get ready to turn the page on 2011, I look back on the year that was and am reminded of how fortunate I am to have a wonderful family and great friends. I also reflect back on the accomplishments achieved during that time. Perhaps the most significant was the purchase of my home on Whidbey Island .

I have bought and sold many properties over the past 30 years. I've had good real estate experiences as well as bad ones, but I have never worked with someone as thorough and patient as you. You listened carefully, and at times, read between the lines, to understand what was important to me. You methodically led me through the process of finding what I was ultimately looking for. The many hours you spent researching properties and the multiple trips to Whidbey Island to help me refine my search is evidence of how committed you are to serving your clients and developing long lasting relationships.

Working with you was by far the most pleasurable real estate experience of my life.

Mark & Deyja, Returning NorthWesterners

Unfortunately for us all, it’s exceedingly rare these days to walk away from any business transaction feeling the contentment and gratitude of a satisfied customer. Case in point, my wife and I barely survived the horrid experience of selling our home in Los Angeles , which was made considerably worse by a pair of unresponsive, argumentative real estate agents who were supposed to be representing us. Thankfully, on this end of the move (don’t frown, my wife and I are both native Northwesterners, not invaders) the process was both smooth and enjoyable. Simply put, Bill Blanchard is good at what he does. Not only that, he cares about what he does and cares about his clients.
As is the recipe for a good real estate agent, Bill has lived in the area he serves for many years and is actively involved in his neighborhood and community. He has his finger on the pulse of the market, knows most of the other agents personally and is up to speed on the ever changing landscape of state and county mandated regulations. On top of that, Bill happily went above and beyond his duty, be it by helping to entertain our one year old twin boys while also thoroughly explaining the inspection report or delivering a smorgasbord of food on moving day and grabbing one end of bulky furniture pieces to get them inside before the rain started pouring. Bill thoroughly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him to family, friends, well wishers, acquaintances and anyone else considering buying or selling a home in the near future.

Answers from my favorite client.

1) What was your greatest concern getting started in buying/selling?
Answer: Ensuring that the house we are buying will be the one we stay in long-term.
2) What did you find as a result of finally committing to buying/selling?
Answer: We were able to find a place that we loved and were able to envision our future in.
3) What specific part of the process did you like the most?
Answer: Bill was able to look into the details of each home, provide a perspective based on market analyses to ensure that we had confidence in the price that we were offering.
4) What other benefits of my buyer/seller process were helpful?
Answer: Bill's industry knowledge helps him provide a perspective on upgrades needed or areas that should be addressed after a home is purchased. He is able to separate what is material and what isn't, allowing you to feel comfortable about marking a large scale life purchase.
5) Would you recommend this program to other buyers/sellers
Answer: Yes, I would definitely recommend.
6) Is there anything you would like to add?
Answer: Bill is a thoughtful agent that builds trust with those he works with. He comes with information to aide in decision making and does not make anyone feel like they are forcing a decision. I would highly recommend him as an agent given that I have worked with him on more than 4 house transactions and hold his abilities and opinion in a high regard.
