Unfortunately for us all, it’s exceedingly rare these days to walk away from any business transaction feeling the contentment and gratitude of a satisfied customer. Case in point, my wife and I barely survived the horrid experience of selling our home in Los Angeles , which was made considerably worse by a pair of unresponsive, argumentative real estate agents who were supposed to be representing us. On top of that, Bill happily went above and beyond his duty, be it by helping to entertain our one year old twin boys while also thoroughly explaining the inspection report or delivering a smorgasbord of food on moving day and grabbing one end of bulky furniture pieces to get them inside before the rain started pouring.
